Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Wrangle ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description

Wrangle is a mobile application that uses photo metadata to help you create and share travel guides. We are currently in invite-only beta.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you add to Wrangle. By publishing a guide, you grant us a limited license to host and serve that content to anyone with the guide link. You can revoke this by deleting the guide.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Wrangle to share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Beta service

The Service is provided in beta. Features may change, and we make no guarantee of uptime or data persistence. We'll provide reasonable notice before making breaking changes.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you by email of material changes.
