Wrangle was built by travelers who kept losing their best trip memories to a camera roll they'd never revisit. We set out to fix that — without making it another chore.

Why we built it

It started with a Japan trip. Fourteen days, four cities, somewhere north of 1,200 photos. When we got home, everyone asked to see them. We sent a few favorites over iMessage and promised to "put something together."

That something never happened. The photos sat in the camera roll, buried under months of subsequent screenshots and memes. Nobody saw the Fushimi Inari shots. Nobody got the ramen recommendations. All that context — gone.

We started asking around and discovered this is nearly universal. People take thousands of travel photos and share almost none of them in any meaningful way. The tools to do it exist — photo apps, maps, note apps — but the friction of assembling them into something shareable is just too high.
